In Broad Daylight — Brian Denehey As McElroy

I came across this photo of Brian Denehey playing Ken McElroy in the movie made from the book. I think it was a publicity photo for the movie. I was on the set for four or five days, and  Denehey got into the character and stayed there. He walked around with that shotgun cocked on his arm, with his black contact lenses in, glaring, and made a lot of people nervous. He told me he stopped in Skidmore to check the place out before making the movie. I have another photo of him, which I’ll dig up and post.
