		<description>Agree, I figured that if Scalia questions the issue especially when it comes to defendent rights, there is definitely something to talk about.

Of course the one justice that still just boggles my mind is Thomas, how many years has it been since he has actually asked a question from the bench?</description>

The far left and the far right finally found something they could agree upon, and that is that it makes no sense for the court to delay resolving this issue. The window is closing on many of these race murders from the sixties, and this won&#039;t help the prosecution of those that are left. The Supreme Court is a world unto itself.</description>
